Product Details MITSUBISHI MR-J2S-40B is a compact MELSERVO servo amplifier from MELSERVO-J2-Super series, designed for SSCNET fieldbus high-speed closed-loop motion control systems. This MELSERVO servo amplifier features 400W rated power, compatible with single-phase or three-phase 200~230VAC input and matched Mitsubishi HC series servo motors. This MELSERVO servo amplifier adopts sine-wave PWM control algorithm, built-in machine resonance filter and adaptive vibration suppression to eliminate mechanical oscillation. This MELSERVO servo amplifier supports high-resolution encoder feedback, delivering stable and precise position, speed and torque control for automation machinery.
This unit serves as core axis motion drive controller for multi-axis synchronized automation equipment. The axis motion drive controller exchanges position commands, running status and alarm data with upper motion controller via SSCNET bus. The axis motion drive controller supports automatic gain tuning to simplify on-site commissioning and shorten debugging time. The axis motion drive controller integrates comprehensive protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, overspeed and encoder failure protection. The axis motion drive controller is equipped with LED status indicators and RS232 communication port for MR Configurator software parameter tuning and fault diagnosis.
