OMRON NX-OD4256

Product Details OMRON NX-OD4256 is a compact NX series digital output unit built for Sysmac automation control systems. This NX series digital output unit offers 8 channels of PNP 24VDC standard-speed digital output, with 0.5A rated current per point and total 4A maximum current for the whole module. This NX series digital output unit supports free-run, standard and synchronous I/O refreshing modes, enabling high-precision signal synchronization with EtherCAT motion control tasks. This NX series digital output unit integrates built-in short-circuit protection on each channel to avoid hardware damage caused by field wiring faults.

The PNP digital output module adopts 12mm slim housing design and screwless push-in terminal block for quick and reliable wiring. The PNP digital output module features output status LED indicators for straightforward on-site status check and fault diagnosis. The PNP digital output module operates on 15VDC to 28.8VDC external power supply and plugs directly onto the NX backplane bus. The PNP digital output module supports microsecond-level synchronous output refresh, perfectly matching high-speed machine and servo motion control applications.

This module can be combined with other NX I/O and CPU modules to build flexible distributed control architecture. The automation digital control card is widely applied in packaging machines, CNC equipment, material handling robots and automated assembly production lines.
