Bronkhorst P-702C-FAC-88-Z is EL-PRESS series digital back pressure controller, built with piezoresistive sensing diaphragm and integrated solenoid control valve for liquid and gas pressure regulation. The FAC configuration stands for fieldbus interface; model 88-Z defines wetted material and pressure range, supporting continuous pressure closed-loop adjustment for laboratory, semiconductor and chemical process.
