Description

2092-DA1 is Allen‑Bradley Ultra1500 series digital single-axis servo amplifier, single-phase AC200~240V input, continuous output current 1.4A and peak intermittent current 3.4A. It is designed for high-precision positioning applications, commonly paired with TL series servo motors, widely deployed on packaging machinery, material handling systems and automated assembly equipment. It is an end-of-life spare part for legacy Rockwell motion control platforms.

This servo drive adopts cabinet wall mounting structure with IP20 protection class for control cabinet installation. It supports position, speed and torque control modes, accepting pulse/direction command and ±10V analog command from external PLC or motion controller. Built-in dynamic braking circuit, automatic gain tuning and vibration suppression algorithm effectively optimize motion smoothness and reduce mechanical resonance. It can automatically identify matched servo motor parameters to simplify commissioning work.

Front panel integrated digital display and operation keys support local parameter modification and fault code reading. Multiple LED status indicators display power, running state and alarm information for rapid on-site troubleshooting. It provides digital I/O terminals and encoder feedback interface for closed-loop position control. Configuration and firmware management are completed via UltraWare software. Built-in comprehensive protection includes overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat and encoder loss protection to prevent hardware damage under abnormal working conditions. Operating temperature range is 0~50℃ for continuous operation in general factory cabinet environments.

2092-DA1 is obsolete Rockwell servo drive spare part. Many legacy automation production machines still use Ultra1500 motion systems. When the original amplifier fails, replacement with identical 2092-DA1 can reuse mounting holes, power cables, motor wires and saved parameter settings. Technicians install the drive, carry out motor auto-tuning and test jogging and positioning functions, so the servo motion control system resumes operation and reduces production downtime.

Before shipment, every 2092-DA1 undergoes comprehensive functional inspection including power-on self-test, I/O terminal test, encoder feedback verification and insulation resistance test. All products come with 12-month warranty. Our automation technical team provides remote support for installation, wiring guidance, UltraWare parameter setting and fault diagnosis. Fast global shipping available for urgent maintenance orders.

For automation maintenance engineers and system integrators, 2092-DA1 is reliable spare servo amplifier for legacy Allen‑Bradley Ultra1500 motion systems. It restores closed-loop single-axis positioning control, maintains machine motion accuracy, extends service life of automation assets and avoids whole machine renovation.
