Description
JX2-SV1 belongs to Jetter JX2 JetWeb rack expansion module family, DIN rail mounting, communicates with JetControl CPU via JX2 system bus, external DC24V supply for encoder and I/O circuits. It provides ±10V analog speed/position command for third-party servo drives. Encoder interface supports 5V differential incremental encoder (up to 500kHz) and SSI absolute encoder, realize full closed-loop axis control.
It includes axis enable, home input, positive/negative overtravel limit digital I/O. Programming and axis parameter configuration are implemented in JetSym software. It supports electronic gearing, electronic cam and positioning sequence control. Front panel LED indicators display module status, bus communication and axis fault alarm for fast on-site troubleshooting. Protection grade IP20 for cabinet installation, operating temperature 0~55℃.
JX2-SV1 is obsolete Jetter analog servo axis spare module. Many old automation machines still adopt Jetter JetControl + JX2-SV1 analog servo system. When the original module fails, replacing it with identical JX2-SV1 can reuse JX2 backplane, analog command cable, encoder wiring and original JetSym project.
