SPC200 belongs to Festo classic SPC series positioning control system, a rack-based modular motion controller platform. It can control up to 4 axes simultaneously, supporting both servo-pneumatic closed-loop positioning and stepper motor positioning control. Power supply DC24V, matched with dedicated power module SPC200-PWR-AIF, digital I/O module SPC200-DIO and optional handheld MMI operator panel for parameter setting and manual operation.

This controller executes NC positioning programs, handling motion profile generation, position closed-loop calculation, limit monitoring and sensor signal acquisition. It supports RS485/RS422 serial communication and digital I/O handshaking to exchange signals with host PLC. Programming and commissioning are implemented by WinPISA software. It can realize multi-point positioning, continuous motion, electronic cam and synchronous motion functions. Front panel LED indicators display running status, axis fault and communication alarm for fast on-site troubleshooting.

Built-in protection includes overcurrent protection, overtravel limit protection, watchdog fault detection and power monitoring. Protection grade IP20 for cabinet installation, operating temperature range 0~50℃.
