SGDB-05VD belongs to Yaskawa classic Sigma I (Σ-I) servo drive family. Rated output power 500W, power supply single-phase or three-phase AC200~230V. It receives pulse/direction position command from PLC motion controller, and performs high-precision closed-loop control with incremental encoder feedback from matched SGMP servo motors. It supports position, speed and torque control modes.

This servo amplifier is equipped with digital input and output terminals for servo enable, alarm output, positioning completion, overtravel limit signals. The front panel supports optional digital operator for parameter setting, status monitoring and alarm code reading. It can use SigmaWin software via serial port for parameter backup, gain tuning and fault diagnosis. Built-in dynamic brake circuit realizes fast motor stop in emergency conditions.
