XBTGT5330 belongs to Schneider Magelis XBTGT high-performance operator touch panel. It features a 10.4-inch TFT color LCD with 65536 colors and VGA 640×480 resolution, analog resistive touch screen. Power supply DC24V (19.2~28.8V), max power consumption 30W. It adopts a 266MHz RISC processor, 32MB flash memory for HMI project storage, 512KB battery-backed SRAM to retain recipe data, alarm logs and RTC clock after power loss. Integrated interfaces include 10/100Mbps Ethernet RJ45, COM1 RS232, COM2 RS485 and CF card slot for external storage. It supports optional Profibus-DP and DeviceNet fieldbus expansion cards. XBTZGM128 is the dedicated 128MB CompactFlash memory card for XBTGT series HMIs. It plugs into the CF slot of XBTGT5330. It can store production data logs, batch recipe files, screen project backup and firmware update files. It supports hot swapping when HMI power is off. The card provides stable non-volatile storage for long-term data recording, which is critical for production traceability and project recovery.
