Detailed Description AXI0010 is a plug-in communication PCB board designed for Schneider Modicon CPU5000 PLC rack. It inserts directly into the CPU5000 base rack slot and communicates with CPU via backplane bus, realizing fieldbus or remote I/O data transmission. It handles high-speed signal exchange between the main CPU and distributed I/O stations, HMI, inverters and other field devices. Widely deployed in old metallurgy, water treatment, packaging and continuous process production lines equipped with Modicon CPU5000 controllers.

This module works with CPU5000 firmware to support real-time data reading and writing, diagnostic information transmission and station status monitoring. Onboard status LED indicators display power, link and fault signals for quick on-site troubleshooting. Built-in hardware watchdog prevents communication failure caused by industrial electromagnetic interference.
