Detailed Description CJ2M-CPU33 is the mid-range CPU of Omron CJ2M modular PLC series, designed for installation on CJ2M base rack. Program capacity 20K steps, data memory 64K words (DM 32K words, EM 32K words ×1 bank). Basic LD instruction execution speed 0.04μs, maximum I/O points 2560, up to 40 units, supports 3 expansion racks. It integrates 100Mbps EtherNet/IP port, supports EtherNet/IP tag link, Modbus TCP, Ethernet IP communication; USB peripheral port for PC program upload/download and online monitoring. It reserves one optional board slot, can add RS232C/RS485 serial board for serial communication with HMI, inverter and servo. Widely applied in packaging machinery, textile equipment, material handling and small process automation lines.

This CPU supports ladder diagram, structured text, function block programming. Front panel LED indicators for RUN, ERR, BKUP and communication status for fast on-site fault diagnosis. Equipped with battery backup to retain DM memory and RTC real-time clock data when power off. It can match CJ-series special modules: high-speed counter, positioning module, analog I/O, temperature control module to realize motion control and analog closed-loop regulation. Built-in self-diagnosis function detects hardware error, program error, low battery and network fault.
