Detailed Description XBTGT5230 is a classic industrial touch operator terminal of Schneider Magelis XBTGT series, for cabinet door embedded installation. It adopts 10.4-inch STN color LCD, VGA 640×480 resolution, 4096 colors, CCFL backlight with service life up to 54000 hours. Power supply DC24V (19.2~28.8V wide input), max power consumption 26W, front panel IP65 dust and splash protection, rear IP20. RISC 266MHz processor, 32MB flash memory for HMI project storage, 512KB battery-backed SRAM to retain recipe parameters, alarm logs and RTC clock data after power failure.

This HMI integrates 10/100Mbps Ethernet port, COM1 RS232 and COM2 RS485 serial ports, with CompactFlash card slot for data logging and program backup, also supports optional fieldbus expansion card (Profibus-DP / DeviceNet). It supports Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, Uni-TE, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen‑Bradley and other mainstream PLC protocols. Project configuration and download are completed by Vijeo Designer software. It supports real-time data display, parameter input, alarm logging, trend curve, recipe management and multi-language switching.
