Detailed Description Q2ASCPU-S1 is a plug-in CPU module of Mitsubishi MELSEC QnAS small Q series programmable controller, compatible with QA1S base rack and AnS/QnAS series I/O, special modules. Program capacity reaches 60K steps, maximum I/O points 1024 points, LD basic instruction processing speed 0.2μs. It adopts 5V DC power supply taken from rack backplane, equipped with RS232 programming port for computer program upload/download and online monitoring. It supports optional SRAM memory card for program and register data backup, built-in real-time clock with battery backup to retain device data after power failure. Widely applied in legacy packaging machines, textile equipment, plastic machinery and material handling automation production lines.
This CPU supports ladder diagram, ST structured text programming, rich motion and process control instructions. Front panel LED indicators display RUN, ERROR, BATTERY and other status for fast on-site fault diagnosis. It can communicate with HMI, upper computer and other PLC stations via serial or network modules on the Q rack. Built-in self-diagnosis function detects hardware failure, program error and battery low voltage alarm automatically. It supports fixed cycle interrupt, high-speed input capture and pulse output control for positioning applications.
The module adopts industrial plug-in structure, IP20 protection grade for cabinet installation, operating temperature range 0~55℃. It can be combined with power supply, base, digital/analog modules, positioning modules to build complete control system. Battery backup prevents loss of recipe data and retentive registers during power outage.
