HC-KFS73 Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J2-Super Low Inertia AC Servo Motor
Detailed Description HC-KFS73 is a low-inertia permanent magnet AC servo motor of Mitsubishi HC-KFS series for MELSERVO-J2-Super servo system. Rated power 0.75kW, rated torque 2.4N·m, rated speed 3000rpm, max speed 4500rpm. It adopts 17-bit incremental optical encoder, fast response and high acceleration performance, suitable for high-speed frequent start-stop positioning applications. It is widely matched with MR-J2S-100A servo drive, applied in packaging machines, textile equipment, small machining equipment and material handling automation.
This motor supports 200V AC single/three-phase power supply. Standard model without brake; brake version is HC-KFS73B. It uses separate power connector and encoder connector for wiring. Low inertia rotor design delivers excellent dynamic response for high-speed reciprocating motion. Built-in temperature sensor monitors winding temperature for thermal protection. IP65 protection grade for shaft and connector part, operating temperature 0~40℃.
Integrated protection includes overheat, overload, encoder fault detection. When abnormal conditions occur, the servo amplifier triggers alarm to protect the motor and mechanical structure. Compact small flange structure saves machine installation space. The encoder signal transmits to MR-J2S drive for closed-loop position, speed and torque control, supporting point-to-point positioning, electronic gear and continuous contour motion.
