Detailed Description PT070-WST4B-F1RR is a 7-inch widescreen industrial touch HMI developed by Cermate PanelMaster PT070 series, widely used for machine operation and process data monitoring in packaging, textile, plastic injection and general factory automation. It adopts TFT WVGA LCD with 800×480 resolution, 65536 colors and LED backlight, backlight rated lifetime 20,000 hours. Powered by DC24V, the front panel reaches IP66 protection against dust and splashing liquid, designed for embedded cabinet door mounting. It is equipped with 8MB NOR Flash +128MB NAND Flash for HMI project storage, 64MB SDRAM, and 128KB battery backup memory to retain recipe parameters, alarm logs and RTC clock data after power failure.
This touch panel integrates COM1 RS232/422/485, COM2 RS232/485, COM3 auxiliary serial port, 10/100Mbps Ethernet port and Micro SD card slot for program backup, restore and historical data logging. It supports communication protocols for Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, Allen‑Bradley and other mainstream PLC brands. Project configuration and download are completed by PM Designer configuration software. It supports real-time data display, parameter input, alarm event logging, trend curve display, recipe management and multi-language switching. The 4-wire analog resistive touch supports glove operation, suitable for workshop environments with dust, vibration and oil mist.
