Detailed Description STV2313-14-145 is the DIGISTART Generation 3 electronic soft starter manufactured by Leroy-Somer. The model breakdown: STV2313 = product series; 14 = mains voltage code 208V~500V; 145 = rated motor current 145A. It adopts six thyristor power modules with forced air cooling, designed for three-phase asynchronous motor soft start and soft stop. Widely applied in water pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors and industrial machinery to reduce starting inrush current and mechanical shock during motor startup.
This soft starter uses microprocessor control to continuously adjust motor terminal voltage during acceleration and deceleration. It supports adjustable start ramp time, stop ramp time, initial voltage and current limit. Two built-in current transformers provide real-time current monitoring. Optional LCD micro-console can be connected for parameter setting, status reading and fault message display. It includes serial communication interface for remote monitoring and interlocking with PLC control systems. The control power supply accepts 230V or 400V AC input.
