E1032 Beijer E1000 Series Monochrome Keypad HMI
Detailed Description E1032 is a monochrome membrane keypad operator terminal of Beijer E1000 series for factory automation machine operation and parameter monitoring. It adopts FSTN LCD screen with 240×64 resolution and dimmable LED backlight, backlight service life up to 35,000 hours. Power supply range is DC20~30V (DC24V nominal), max power consumption 3.6W. The front panel reaches IP66 protection rating against dust and splashing liquid, suitable for embedded cabinet door mounting on packaging, textile, plastic and small automated machinery. Built-in 12MB flash memory stores HMI application projects, and battery backup preserves recipe parameters and alarm records after power failure.
This HMI is equipped with two serial ports (DB9 and DB25) supporting RS232/422/485, plus 10/100Mbps Ethernet port. It can communicate with Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron and other mainstream PLCs via standard industrial protocols. Project configuration and download are completed by E-Designer programming software. It comes with 8 physical function keys and 16 status LED indicators, supporting numeric input, screen switching, real-time data display, alarm notification and recipe management. The full keypad design works reliably under heavy vibration and dusty workshop environments, no touch screen required.
The hardware uses powder-coated aluminum housing, operating stably within temperature range 0~50℃. LED indicators on front panel help technicians quickly check power and communication status. Built-in watchdog circuit prevents system crash caused by industrial electromagnetic interference. Panel cutout dimension is 166 × 149 mm for simple installation and replacement.
E1032 is discontinued legacy Beijer HMI spare part. A large number of old automation machines still run with this E1000 keypad panel.
