Detailed Description GLC2400-TC41-24V is a 7.4-inch color touch operator terminal from Pro-face GLC2000 series for factory automation machine operation and real-time process monitoring. It adopts TFT color LCD with VGA 640×480 resolution, supporting 256 display colors, equipped with CCFL backlight with 50,000-hour service life. Powered by DC24V, the front panel reaches IP66 protection rating against dust and splashing water, suitable for embedded cabinet door mounting on packaging, printing, textile, plastic injection and automated assembly production lines. It is built with 4MB flash memory for HMI application projects, and 256KB battery-backed SRAM to preserve recipe parameters, alarm logs and production data after power failure.
This touch HMI integrates COM1 RS232C/422, COM2 RS232 serial ports, 10BASE-T Ethernet port and CF card slot for project backup, restore and historical data storage. It supports communication with PLCs of Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi and other mainstream brands via multiple industrial protocols. Project configuration and download are completed by GP-Pro EX configuration software. It supports real-time data display, parameter input, alarm logging, trend curve, recipe management and multi-language switching.
