Detailed Description AST3302-B1-D24 is a 5.7-inch monochrome blue-mode touch operator terminal of Pro-face ST3000 series, designed for factory machine operation and real-time process monitoring. It adopts QVGA 320×240 resolution STN LCD with 8-level grayscale blue display and CCFL backlight. Powered by DC24V (19.2~28.8V allowable range), the front panel reaches IP65 protection rating against dust and splashing water, suitable for embedded cabinet door mounting on packaging, textile, plastic and general automated machinery. It is equipped with 6MB flash memory for storing HMI project files, and 320KB battery-backed SRAM to preserve recipe parameters and alarm logs after power failure.
This touch HMI integrates COM1 RS232C and COM2 RS422 MPI serial ports, plus Type-A USB port for program upload/download and data export. It can communicate with Siemens S7-200/300 and other mainstream brand PLC via serial protocols. Project configuration and download are completed by GP-Pro EX configuration software. It supports real-time data display, parameter input, alarm logging, recipe management and multi-language switching.
