NQ3-MQ000-B OMRON NQ Series Monochrome HMI
Detailed Description NQ3-MQ000-B is an industrial monochrome operator terminal of OMRON NQ series, designed for small machine operation and process data monitoring. It adopts a 3.8-inch LCD screen with QVGA 320×240 resolution and LED backlight. Powered by DC24V, the front panel reaches IP65 protection grade against dust and splashing water, suitable for embedded cabinet door mounting on packaging, textile, small automated assembly and general factory machinery. It has built-in flash memory to store HMI project files, recipe parameters and alarm logs, and backup battery retains important production data after power failure.
This HMI integrates one RS232C/485 serial communication port and USB host/slave port. It can communicate with OMRON CP, CJ, CS series PLC and other brand controllers via serial protocols. The panel is equipped with 5 physical function keys on the right side for quick operation, without touchscreen. Project programming and download are completed by OMRON CX-Designer or dedicated NQ configuration software. It supports real-time data display, parameter setting, alarm notification, recipe management and multi-language switching.
