Detailed Description PHL11B11-E11YV is a 9-channel videographic paperless recorder developed by Fuji Electric for continuous monitoring and data logging of industrial process parameters. It accepts universal analog inputs including thermocouple, Pt100 RTD, DC voltage and DC current signals, widely used in chemical, heat treatment, pharmaceutical, food and water treatment industries for temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level recording.
This recorder supports up to 9 measurement channels with high measurement accuracy of ±0.3% full scale plus 1 digit. It is equipped with 10 relay alarm outputs and 5 digital input terminals. Users can configure up to 4 high/low alarm thresholds per channel for on-site alarm interlock. Sampling cycle can be freely programmed from 1 second to 12 hours to match different process recording requirements. It adopts CompactFlash CF card for mass data storage; recorded trend data can be directly exported and analyzed by supporting PC software, and data can be saved in ASCII format compatible with Excel spreadsheet. Multiple display modes are available, including trend curve, bar graph and digital value display for convenient on-site viewing.
The recorder features 100~240VAC wide-range power supply. The front panel has waterproof sealing gasket to achieve dust and splash resistance for panel mounting. Its dimension is 160mm width ×144mm height ×185mm depth, compact structure for installation inside control cabinet. Built-in math and totalization function enables calculation and cumulative statistics of collected process variables. It supports communication function to upload real-time data to PLC and SCADA upper monitoring system. The device runs stably under industrial temperature and humidity conditions, with built-in self-diagnosis to detect input disconnection and internal hardware faults.
