Detailed Description 2094-AC05-MP5-S is an Integrated Axis Module (IAM) for Allen‑Bradley Kinetix 6000 multi-axis servo system, designed for 200/230V single-phase AC input. It integrates a 3kW power converter and a 5A inverter in one compact unit, equipped with Safe Torque Off (STO) safety function and Sercos digital fiber communication interface. This servo module is widely used in packaging machinery, material handling, printing equipment and automated assembly lines that require high-precision synchronized multi-axis motion under Rockwell Logix control platform.
The module adopts Sercos fiber bus for high-speed real-time motion command transmission between the drive and Logix controller, delivering excellent anti-interference performance in noisy industrial environments. It supports position, speed and torque control modes and works with Allen‑Bradley MPL, MPM and other series of servo motors. The built-in Safe Torque Off function meets industrial safety requirements, which safely cuts off motor torque output without powering down the whole drive system.
