Detailed Description NS5-SQ10B-ECV2 is Omron NS-series programmable terminal, a 5.7-inch color TFT touch HMI with black housing, widely used for machine operation, data monitoring and alarm management in factory automation. It adopts 320×240 resolution, 32768 display colors and LED backlight, equipped with resistive touch screen that supports glove operation for harsh workshop conditions. Rated power supply is DC24V, max power consumption 15W, front panel IP65 / NEMA4 protection against dust and splashing water, suitable for cabinet door panel mounting.
This HMI integrates multiple communication interfaces including RS232C serial port, Ethernet port and USB port. It can communicate with Omron CS/CJ/CQM series PLC and other brand controllers via host link and various standard industrial protocols. Project development and download are completed by CX-Designer configuration software. Built-in flash memory stores screen project, recipe parameters and alarm logs; battery backup SRAM retains historical data and production records after power loss.
