22B-D010H204, also written as 22BD010H204, is Allen‑Bradley PowerFlex 40 series compact three-phase AC variable frequency drive, rated 4kW (5HP), 380~480V three-phase input, 10.5A continuous output current. It adopts sensorless vector control and V/Hz control modes, widely used for fan, pump, conveyor and general machinery motor speed regulation in packaging, textile, material handling and factory automation systems.
This inverter integrates digital keypad and LED display for local parameter setting, status monitoring and fault code reading. It supports RS485 Modbus RTU communication to connect with PLC and upper monitoring system. The unit has 6 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 1 relay output and 1 analog output for flexible signal configuration.
