PC2000 Potence Controls Multi-Parameter Water Quality Controller
PC2000 is Potence Controls industrial multi-parameter water quality process controller, available in single-channel PC2000-1 and dual-channel PC2000-2 versions. It can select any two measurement types from pH, ORP, conductivity and TDS, widely used in water treatment, chemical, food and beverage, wastewater and swimming pool online monitoring.
This instrument adopts 144×144mm panel mounting housing, IP65 front panel with backlit graphic LCD and membrane keypad. Power supply range is 90~270VAC wide voltage. It is equipped with two isolated 4-20mA analog retransmission outputs and four SPDT relay contacts for high/low limit alarm and pump/valve control. RS485 Modbus RTU communication port supports data upload to PLC, SCADA and upper monitoring system. Non-volatile memory retains calibration data and setting parameters after power failure.
It has built-in temperature compensation function, automatic calibration menu and sensor fault detection. The front panel displays measured value and temperature simultaneously, simple menu operation is convenient for field maintenance and regular sensor calibration. The unit can also be installed by wall or pipe mounting besides panel cutout installation, flexible for different site layout. It adopts anti-corrosion casing, stable operation under humid industrial environment.
PC2000 is legacy industrial process spare part. Many water treatment and chemical process lines still use this online water quality analyzer. When the original controller fails, replacement with identical PC2000 can reuse existing sensors, field wiring and upper system configuration.
