NX-TS3201 Omron NX-series 4-point RTD Temperature Input Unit

NX-TS3201 is Omron NX-series temperature input unit for platinum resistance thermometer RTD sensors, designed for Sysmac EtherCAT automation control system. It provides 4 temperature input channels, compatible with 3-wire Pt100 and Pt1000 sensors, 14-bit conversion resolution with 0.1°C temperature reading accuracy, per-unit conversion time 250ms. It adopts push-in screwless terminal blocks for fast wiring and easy maintenance, two terminal connectors for the 4 sensor channels.

This module connects to the NX I/O backplane bus and works together with NX EtherCAT coupler and NX controller. It supports free-run I/O refresh mode, built-in sensor wire break detection function to alarm when RTD cable is open circuit. Moving average filtering can be enabled to suppress temperature signal fluctuation on site. The module is 24mm slim width for dense cabinet layout, IP20 protection grade, operating temperature range -20℃～+55℃, suitable for machinery, packaging, plastic molding and food processing temperature monitoring applications. Configuration and parameter setup are completed via Sysmac Studio software.

It integrates isolation protection between field sensor circuit and internal logic circuit, with overvoltage and input fault detection. The module status LED indicators show power, run and fault state for quick on-site diagnosis. It adopts modular slide-in installation on NX DIN rail backplane, hot-swap is available under proper safety operation.
