A06B-6096-H301 is FANUC Alpha series three-axis integrated servo amplifier, model SVM3-12/12/12, widely supporting FANUC 16i,18i,21i CNC controllers for machining centers, lathes and other CNC machine tool feed axis motion control. It uses DC bus 283~325V input, each axis rated output current 3A, driving FANUC Alpha series servo motors, realizing three feed axes position, speed and torque closed-loop control in one compact module.
This servo amplifier adopts FSSB high-speed optical fiber bus to communicate with NCU, realizing fast and stable digital command transmission and encoder feedback data collection. Built-in IPM intelligent power module and regenerative circuit can feed back motor deceleration energy to DC bus, reduce energy consumption. The front panel has digital status code display and LED indicators for quick fault diagnosis. COP10A/COP10B optical ports are used for FSSB cascade connection, supporting multi-drive expansion. Each axis supports high-resolution pulse coder feedback, ensuring high positioning accuracy and low-speed stable torque output.
Integrated comprehensive protection functions include IPM module alarm, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, motor overload, encoder abnormality and overspeed protection. When abnormal conditions occur, the amplifier immediately cuts off motor torque output and outputs corresponding alarm codes to protect the drive unit and servo motor. Built-in cooling fan for forced air cooling, cabinet vertical installation with IP20 protection grade, operating temperature range 0~55℃.
