TLC411F Berger Lahr POSITEC Twin Line Stepper Positioning Drive
TLC411F (TLC 411 F) belongs to Berger Lahr POSITEC Twin Line series integrated stepper positioning drive, combining stepper power amplifier and motion positioning controller in one compact unit. It adopts single-phase 230V AC power input, 50/60Hz, max output current 2A, suitable for driving Berger Lahr high-performance stepper motors, widely used in printing, textile, packaging and special automation equipment for fixed-length positioning, indexing and synchronous motion tasks.
This drive supports multiple operating modes including manual jog, automatic positioning and homing. It is equipped with onboard 24VDC configurable digital input and output terminals for limit switch, home signal, enable, fault relay and positioning completion feedback. It has RS232 serial port for parameter upload/download and debugging via PC or handheld unit. Users can add optional Profibus DP communication module to realize bus connection with upper PLC system, realizing distributed motion control.
