LT3201-A1-D24-C Pro-face LT3000 3.8" All-in-one HMI & PLC Controller
LT3201-A1-D24-C belongs to Pro-face LT3000 series integrated graphic controller, combining HMI touch operation and PLC ladder logic control in one compact unit. It adopts 3.8-inch monochrome amber/red LCD with QVGA 320×240 resolution, 8-level grayscale display and analog resistive touch panel, powered by DC24V. This model is source output (PNP) version, equipped with built-in 12 digital inputs and 6 digital PNP outputs, supporting pulse output, high-speed counter and PWM function, eliminating the need for separate PLC for small automation equipment.
The unit carries 6MB flash memory for HMI screen project, 132KB control memory for ladder logic program, and 128KB SRAM for data retention. It supports up to 3 EXM I/O expansion modules to increase digital and analog points for larger control demands. USB port is reserved for program upload/download and data backup. The front panel meets NEMA4X / IP65 rating, suitable for embedded panel mounting on machine cabinet front, resisting dust and splash water in workshop environments. Users develop HMI screens and ladder programs via GP-Pro EX software, convenient for small machinery control, parameter setting, alarm display and manual operation.
Integrated control functions include sequence logic, timer, counter, high-speed pulse positioning and alarm management.
