NS10-TV00B-V1 Omron NS Series 10.4" Color Touchscreen HMI
NS10-TV00B-V1 is Omron NS series 10.4-inch color TFT touchscreen programmable terminal, black housing version, designed for on-site machine operation and process data visualization. It features 640×480 VGA resolution, 32768 color display and resistive touch panel supporting glove operation. Powered by 24VDC, the front panel achieves IP65 protection grade, suitable for embedded cabinet installation in dusty, humid and oil mist workshop environments. It is equipped with 60MB screen memory and CompactFlash card slot, used for storing HMI project files, recipe data, alarm logs and production trend records.
This HMI integrates two RS232C serial communication ports and USB slave port for program download and data backup. It supports Omron Host Link, NT Link and multiple general serial protocols, realizing stable data communication with Omron PLC and other brand controllers, inverters and field sensors. It can realize real-time parameter display, manual setpoint adjustment, alarm popup notification, event logging and trend curve monitoring. It supports multi-language display and ladder monitor function, allowing technicians to check PLC ladder logic directly on the touch panel for convenient on-site debugging. The project programming adopts CX-Designer software, widely used in packaging machinery, textile production lines, material handling and small process control equipment.
NS10-TV00B-V1 is discontinued legacy automation spare part. A large number of old production machines still run with Omron NS series HMI. When the original touchscreen fails, replacing it with identical NS10-TV00B-V1 can directly load original CX-Designer project without screen re-development or cabinet cutout modification. Existing wiring layout and control system architecture remain unchanged.
