2097-V33PR1 Allen-Bradley Kinetix 300 Single Axis EtherNet/IP Indexing Servo Drive
2097-V33PR1 is Allen‑Bradley Kinetix 300 series single-axis indexing servo drive, designed for compact precision motion control applications. It supports 80–264VAC single/three-phase input, rated continuous output power 0.5kW and continuous output current 2.8A, perfectly matched with Rockwell MP series servo motors. Built-in EtherNet/IP interface enables integrated motion control on industrial Ethernet network, connecting seamlessly with CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLCs to realize high-speed position synchronization and indexing motion tasks.
This servo drive adopts indexing motion architecture, supporting preset positioning sequences, electronic gearing and point-to-point positioning. It is equipped with Safe Torque‑Off (STO) safety function certified to ISO 13849‑1 PLd / SIL2. The STO function safely cuts off motor torque output without power disconnection, meeting machine safety requirements and protecting operators during equipment maintenance. Multiple protection mechanisms are integrated, including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, over-temperature, short-circuit and motor overload protection. Once abnormal conditions are detected, the drive triggers alarm and stops output automatically to prevent damage to the drive and servo motor.
It comes with rich onboard digital I/O terminals for trigger signals, home input, limit switches and status feedback. The front panel has LED indicators for power, network status and fault codes, supporting fast on-site diagnosis. Compact DIN rail mounting design saves cabinet installation space and simplifies wiring work. The drive works stably within 0℃~55℃ operating temperature range, with strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance, suitable for packaging machinery, material handling, electronic assembly equipment and small automated production lines. It accepts incremental encoder feedback and supports fast tuning for speed and position loops.
2097-V33PR1 is a discontinued legacy Rockwell automation spare part. Many old automated machines still run with Kinetix 300 motion systems. When the original servo drive fails, replacing it with identical 2097-V33PR1 can reuse existing servo motor, encoder cables, EtherNet/IP network and motion program. There is no need to rewrite motion logic or redesign cabinet wiring, which greatly reduces maintenance expense and shortens production downtime. Technicians can directly restore original axis parameters without re-tuning, so equipment can resume operation quickly.
We supply fully tested 2097-V33PR1 servo drives. Before shipment, each unit undergoes comprehensive functional inspection, covering power-on startup test, EtherNet/IP communication verification, I/O signal test, motor loading test and STO safety function simulation. We confirm all alarm and protection functions respond correctly. All products come with 12-month warranty. Our automation technical team provides remote support for DIN rail installation, network IP configuration, parameter backup and fault troubleshooting. Fast global shipping is available for urgent maintenance orders.
For automation maintenance engineers and system integrators, 2097-V33PR1 is a reliable spare servo drive for legacy Kinetix 300 motion systems. It preserves original positioning accuracy and motion performance of the machine, extends service life of automation assets and avoids high-cost full motion control system renovation.
