STE 02 Grundig STE02 Legacy PLC Controller for Deckel Dialog 11 CNC System
STE 02 is a legacy programmable logic controller manufactured by Grundig Elektronik, specially designed for Deckel Dialog 11 CNC machine tools. This controller serves as the core logic processing unit of old CNC equipment, responsible for axis motion logic, I/O signal collection, machine interlock protection and communication with the CNC operator panel. It adopts proprietary hardware architecture and dedicated communication protocol, widely installed on early Deckel milling machines and machining centers.
The STE 02 PLC processes digital input signals from limit switches, proximity sensors, pushbuttons and safety relays, then outputs control signals to contactors, solenoid valves and auxiliary actuators of the machine. It handles machine auxiliary functions including coolant control, lubrication cycle, door safety interlock, spindle auxiliary logic and alarm signal triggering. Programming is completed by Grundig dedicated programming software, supporting logic editing, program upload and download, online monitoring and fault diagnosis.
