3.5 Installation & Operation Precautions
P0916VC cable is only allowed to be laid inside fully sealed industrial control cabinets; outdoor exposure, direct heat source baking and liquid soaking are strictly prohibited
Separate signal cables and high-voltage power cables by ≥15cm during wiring; vertical 90° crossing must be adopted for unavoidable cross layout to reduce interference coupling
Cable shielding layer must implement single-point grounding on cabinet ground copper bar; double-end grounding will generate ground loop and cause measurement deviation of process signals
Minimum bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter; avoid sharp bending, hard pulling and twisting during plugging and wiring
Do not arbitrarily cut, peel or damage cable insulation and shielding layer; unauthorized disassembly will void factory performance warranty
Check connector tightness every 3–6 months in high-vibration metallurgy and mining workshops; re-plug connectors if loose contact occurs
