4. Installation & Wiring Instructions
Cut off the power supply of the target DCS cabinet backplane before operation to avoid short-circuit damage;
Align the golden finger connector of P0916SS with the reserved slot of the I/A series baseplate, push the module horizontally until it clicks and locks tightly;
Fix the module side buckle to lock the position to prevent vibration loosening;
Connect field cables to the removable terminal block in accordance with wiring schematic, then insert the terminal block into the module;
Restore cabinet power supply, observe channel LED indicators to confirm normal power-on and communication connection.
Use shielded twisted-pair cables for field output wiring, cable outer shielding layer single-point grounding at the cabinet end;

6. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Check cabinet dust accumulation every 3 months, blow clean module surface dust with dry compressed air;

Whole module no power supply: Check backplane 24VDC power circuit, confirm cabinet redundant power supply output is normal;
