Mounting: Standard DIN rail rack plug-in installation
Wiring Rules
DC24V power cable adopts twisted shielded wire with positive and negative poles strictly distinguished
Ethernet communication uses CAT5e shielded network cable; ControlNet uses special bus cable
Startup Process
(1) Cut off the rack power supply, insert P0916NN firmly into the card slot
(2) Complete power, communication and FBM expansion wiring
(3) Switch on 24VDC power, wait 60 seconds for automatic self-diagnosis
(4) Connect upper monitoring computer via Ethernet and download control logic programs
Redundancy Configuration
Two P0916NN modules run in master-slave hot backup mode. Once the main module fails, the standby module will complete seamless switching within 20ms without interrupting on-site process control.
Routine Maintenance
Check module status indicator lights per shift: green light for normal operation, red light for system fault
Clean dust on heat dissipation holes monthly to avoid poor heat dissipation
Calibrate communication bus signal integrity once a year
5. Safety Instructions
It is forbidden to plug or remove the module with power on; cut off power before disassembly and replacement to prevent circuit burnout.
Keep away from strong electromagnetic radiation, high-temperature heat sources and liquid splashing areas.
Unauthorized disassembly of the aluminum alloy casing is prohibited; internal circuit maintenance must be operated by certified automation technicians.
In case of abnormal overheating, strange noise or persistent fault alarm, cut off the power supply immediately and stop operation for inspection.
