3. Installation & Wiring Operation Steps
Hot-swap supported: No need to power off the entire DCS cabinet during module replacement to eliminate system shutdown risk.
Align the golden finger of P0916JY horizontally with the baseplate slot, fully insert and fasten the side locking buckle securely.
Connect field actuators, solenoid valves and relay coils to the matched termination assembly strictly following the wiring diagram labels; strictly distinguish positive and negative polarities of DC load circuits.
Complete all wiring work, the module will automatically launch full hardware self-test within 10 seconds. Steady green LED indicates normal communication and standby output status.
If red fault light flashes continuously, cut off field load power first, then inspect wiring short-circuit, channel overload current or loose baseplate contact.
4. Operation & Maintenance Precautions
Avoid violent impact, dropping or heavy extrusion during transportation, handling and installation to protect internal isolation circuits.
Keep the control cabinet well ventilated to prevent overheating under long-term full-load continuous operation.
Unauthorized disassembly of internal circuit boards will destroy isolation protection structures and void the official product warranty.
Regularly clear dust on module shell, golden fingers and terminal blocks to maintain stable signal and load transmission.

5. Common Fault Troubleshooting
All LED indicators off: Abnormal 24VDC backplane power supply or incomplete module insertion locking
Single channel red alarm: Field load short circuit, actuator coil breakdown or channel overcurrent fuse blown
Whole module fault flash: Internal circuit hardware failure or mismatched termination assembly model
Backplane communication disconnection: Damaged basebus connector, loose locking buckle or inconsistent system module address configuration
