3. Installation & Wiring Operation Steps
Hot-swap support: No need to cut off the entire control cabinet power during module replacement, avoiding production system shutdown.
Align the golden finger of P0916JT with the 200-series baseplate slot, insert horizontally and lock the side fixing buckle tightly.
Connect field transmitters to matched termination assembly strictly following wiring labels; distinguish positive and negative polarity of 4–20mA current loops.
Complete all wiring work, the module will automatically execute full hardware self-inspection within 10 seconds. Steady green LED light means normal communication and signal collection status.
If red fault light flashes continuously, check field wire short circuit, sensor open circuit, over-limit input current or poor baseplate contact.
4. Operation & Maintenance Precautions
Prevent violent collision, falling or heavy extrusion during transportation, handling and installation.
Keep the DCS cabinet well ventilated to avoid overheating under long-term full-load operation.

All LED indicators off: Abnormal 24V DC backplane power supply or incomplete module insertion

Fieldbus communication interruption: Damaged basebus connector, loose module locking buckle or inconsistent system address configuration
