3. Installation & Wiring Instructions
Hot-swap supported: No need to cut off the whole cabinet power when replacing the module, avoiding system shutdown.
Align the golden finger of P0916JQ with the backplane slot, insert horizontally and lock the side fixing buckle tightly.
Connect field pulse sensors to the module terminal block strictly following the wiring label; distinguish positive and negative polarity of 2-wire pulse signals.
After wiring, the module will automatically start hardware self-test within 10 seconds; steady green LED means normal running.
If red fault light flashes, check for wire short circuit, open sensor circuit, over-frequency signal or poor backplane contact.
4. Operation & Maintenance Precautions
Do not subject the module to violent impact, drop or heavy extrusion during transportation and installation.
Keep the control cabinet well ventilated to prevent overheating under long-term continuous operation.
Unauthorized disassembly of internal circuit boards will void the product warranty and damage isolation circuits.
Regularly clean dust on module surface, terminal blocks and golden fingers to maintain stable signal transmission.
Spare modules shall be stored in dry, constant-temperature environment with complete anti-static packaging.
5. Common Fault Troubleshooting
All indicators off: Abnormal backplane power supply or loose module insertion
Single channel red alarm: Open circuit/short circuit of field pulse sensor wiring
Whole module fault flash: Excessive input pulse frequency or internal hardware failure
Fieldbus communication loss: Damaged backplane bus connector or mismatched module address
