3. Installation Guidance
Disconnect the total power supply of DCS cabinet before mounting or removing the module to avoid circuit burnout.
Align the golden finger of P0916GJ with cabinet backplane slot, insert smoothly and lock the fixing clasp tightly.
Wire signal cables and network lines strictly according to wiring labels printed on module housing.
Restore power after all wiring work is completed. The module will start automatic self-check. Steady green light represents normal operating status.
If red fault light flashes continuously, cut off power immediately and check short-circuit wiring, poor slot contact or hardware damage.
4. Operation & Maintenance Precautions
Prevent violent impact, falling or heavy extrusion of the module.
Maintain good ventilation of control cabinet to avoid overheat under long-term high-load running.
Disassembling internal circuit boards without official authorization will void product warranty.
Regularly clean dust on module surface and golden fingers to guarantee stable contact transmission.
Spare modules shall be stored in dry constant-temperature environment with complete anti-static packaging.
5. Common Fault Troubleshooting
No indicator light after power on: Check cabinet power supply and backplane contact status
Flashing red warning light: Signal line short circuit, channel overload or internal hardware failure
Communication loss: Inspect network cable integrity, IP address configuration and bus matching parameters
