3. Installation Steps
Cut off the total power of the DCS cabinet before installing or removing the module to prevent circuit damage.
Align the golden finger of P0916GH with the cabinet backplane slot, insert it smoothly and fasten the lock buckle.
Complete signal lines and network wiring strictly following the wiring mark printed on the module shell.
Switch on power after all wiring is finished; the module will run self-test automatically. Steady green light means normal operation.
If the red fault light blinks, power off immediately and check wiring short circuit, poor slot contact or module hardware damage.
4. Operation & Maintenance Notes
Do not drop, collide or squeeze the module with heavy objects.
Keep the control cabinet well ventilated to avoid overheating under long-term high-load operation.
Unauthorized disassembly of the internal circuit board will invalidate the product warranty.
Regularly clean dust on the shell and golden finger to ensure stable signal contact.
Spare modules must be stored in dry constant-temperature environment with anti-static packaging.
5. Common Fault Troubleshooting
No indicator light after power-on: Inspect cabinet power supply and backplane contact condition
Flashing red alarm light: Signal wiring short circuit, channel overload or internal hardware failure
Communication interruption: Check network cable integrity, IP configuration and bus matching parameters
