3. Installation Instructions
Cut off the power supply of the DCS cabinet before disassembly or installation to avoid circuit burnout.
Align the golden finger of P0916GG with the cabinet backplane slot, insert it evenly and lock the fixing buckle.
Connect communication cables and signal wiring strictly in accordance with the wiring diagram label on the module surface.
Restore power supply after all wiring is completed, and the module will automatically run self-diagnosis. Normal operation is indicated by steady green indicator light.
If the red fault light flashes, cut off power and check wiring, slot contact or module damage.
4. Maintenance & Precautions
Avoid violent collision, drop or heavy extrusion of the module.
Keep the cabinet ventilated to prevent overheating caused by long-time high-load operation.
Do not disassemble the internal circuit board without professional authorization, which will void the warranty.
Regularly clean dust on the shell and golden finger to maintain stable contact.
Store the spare module in a dry, constant-temperature environment with anti-static packaging.

No indicator light after power on: Check cabinet power supply and backplane contact
Red alarm light flashing: Short-circuited signal wiring, channel overload or module hardware failure
Communication disconnection: Inspect network cable, IP address configuration and bus matching
