4. Installation & Wiring Operation Steps
Pre-installation inspection: Confirm the target FBM module is equipped with Type 4 37-pin interface to avoid pin definition mismatch and signal loss
Insert one end of P0916EU cable into the rear baseplate socket of the FBM module, push firmly until the locking buckle clicks and locks tightly
Lay the cable along the cabinet internal wire trough, fix loosely with cable ties, reserve sufficient margin for module disassembly and maintenance
Align all 37 pins completely and insert the other end into the matched terminal assembly base, prevent pin bending and pin short circuit
Complete wiring of field sensors, transmitters and actuators on the terminal board; use a multimeter to test open circuit and short circuit of all signal loops before power-on debugging
Separate this signal cable from high-voltage power cables, inverter output lines and large motor power cords by more than 30cm to eliminate cross electromagnetic interference
