4. Installation & Wiring Operation Guide
Pre-wiring check: Confirm the FBM module adopts Type 4 interface to avoid pin definition mismatch and signal loss
Insert one end of P0916ET cable into the rear baseplate socket of FBM module, push firmly until the locking buckle clicks into place
Arrange the cable in the cabinet wiring trough, fix it loosely with cable ties; reserve enough margin for module disassembly and maintenance
Insert the other end of the cable into the corresponding terminal assembly base, align all 37 pins completely to prevent pin bending
Complete sensor and actuator wiring on the terminal board; use a multimeter to test for short circuit and open circuit of all signal loops before power-on
Separate this signal cable from high-voltage power cables and inverter output lines by more than 30cm to avoid cross-interference
