3.5 Standard Installation Procedures
Cut off the total DC24V power supply of the DCS rack before installing or removing P0916BV;
Snap the module onto standard DIN rail inside the cabinet and lock the bottom fixed buckle tightly;
Connect field transmitter two-wire cables to corresponding channel terminals strictly following the wiring schematic;
Link the 37-pin termination cable between P0916BV and the rear connector of FBM211 I/O card;
Restore rack power, log in I/A workstation software to configure signal filtering and alarm threshold parameters;
Check each channel LED light status one by one to confirm normal signal transmission and no loop faults.
3.6 Safety Warning Regulations
Only certified industrial automation maintenance engineers are allowed to disassemble or modify the module; unauthorized disassembly will void the product warranty.
Always cut off the rack backplane DC power before wiring, plugging or unplugging the module to avoid circuit burnout.
Do not install this module in flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gas environments without sealed explosion-proof cabinets.
