3.5 Standard Installation Steps
Cut off the power supply of the entire DCS rack backplane before plugging/unplugging the module;
Align the P0916BT connector with FBM211 card slot and push tightly to lock the backplane buckle;
Connect field two-wire transmitter cables to corresponding channel terminals strictly according to wiring schematic;
Restore rack power supply, log in I/A workstation software to configure filter time and alarm threshold parameters;
Check each channel LED status to confirm normal signal collection and fault-free loop.
3.6 Safety Warning Regulations
Only certified industrial automation engineers are allowed to disassemble, calibrate or modify the module; unauthorized disassembly voids warranty.
