3.6 Step-by-Step Installation Instructions
Insert P0914XL vertically into the slot of P0914 series dedicated backplane inside 19-inch control cabinet;
Connect 24VDC regulated power supply and confirm positive/negative polarity correctly;
Wire thermocouple probes to matched terminal assembly (TA), distinguish positive and negative thermocouple wires strictly;
Lock all wiring terminals to prevent loose contact and signal drift;
Power on the cabinet, open I/A Series configuration software to select corresponding thermocouple type for each channel;
Check LED indicators: steady green = normal collection, flashing red = channel open/short-circuit fault.
