Foxboro P0912TH belongs to P0912 full-series rack hot-swappable switching power supply for Foxboro I/A Series DCS system, designed as wide temperature universal enhanced model, compatible with alternating cold & hot drastic temperature fluctuation working sites, covering low-temperature alpine and high-temperature tropical dual working conditions. The module adopts compound split-type cast aluminum radiator with bidirectional air duct structure, internal components adopt full wide-temperature industrial grade electrolytic and semiconductor devices, PCB board is coated with double-layer anti-condensation conformal coating to avoid circuit failure caused by cabinet dew condensation or extreme temperature impact. Multi-stage EMI filter and surge absorption circuit are built in to suppress grid surge and harmonic interference from variable frequency equipment in variable-temperature workshops. Comply with I/A backplane unified hot-plug specification, support live online replacement without cutting cabinet main AC power, lower maintenance outage loss. Front multi-channel independent LED indicator separately shows AC input valid, DC normal output, overload pre-alarm, over-temperature protection, hardware fault status; real-time running data and fault codes upload to DCS engineering station via backplane bus to realize remote equipment monitoring and early fault warning。

1. Product Introduction
