1. Product Introduction

  1. Provide high-precision stabilized 24VDC power supply for fully loaded dense arrangement FBM I/O cards, dual redundant controllers and cabinet backplane bus of large full-slot DCS rack;

  2. Built-in comprehensive overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and overtemperature locking protection circuit, effectively block cascading burnout of post-stage I/O modules caused by field cable short-circuit failure;

  3. Support multi-unit redundant parallel hot standby running mode, realize bumpless automatic load switching upon single power module failure to ensure uninterrupted power supply of core SIS safety interlock loops;

  4. Transmit real-time output voltage, operating load current, internal core temperature and fault alarm data to upper DCS host through backplane bus for remote centralized monitoring and early pre-fault warning;
