1. Product Introduction
Foxboro P0912RK belongs to I/A P0912 series hot-swappable rack switching power supply, upgraded high-power heavy-load variant derived from P0912RH, customized for high-load full-slot cabinet, offshore platform, coastal heavy salt-spray & extreme wide temperature industrial environment. Equipped thickened integral cast aluminum radiator + enhanced sealed cavity structure, full six-layer PCB G3+ total conformal coating plus double-layer anti-salt-fog electrophoresis, ten-level EMI filtering and three-stage lightning surge absorption circuit, stronger load capacity and corrosion resistance than RD/RG/RH models. Complies with I/A backplane hot-plug specification, supports live replacement without cabinet AC power shutdown; front panel integrates independent LED indicators for input power, normal output, overload, over-temperature and hardware fault, uploading real-time operating parameters and fault codes to DCS workstation via backplane bus communication。

Supply high-stabilized 24VDC power for full-populated FBM I/O boards, redundant controllers and cabinet backplane bus of high-load large-size DCS rack;
Complete built-in overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and over-temperature lockout protection circuit to prevent cascaded burnout of rear-end I/O modules caused by field short-circuit faults;
Support multi-module redundant parallel hot standby, bumpless automatic load transfer upon single unit failure to guarantee uninterrupted power supply of critical SIS safety loops;
Transmit real-time output voltage, load current, internal core temperature and fault alarm data to upper DCS host via backplane bus for remote centralized monitoring and pre-fault warning;
Full input-output galvanic isolation design suppresses power grid surge, harmonic and coastal heavy salt fog induced interference, improving system sampling precision and long-term operational stability in severe offshore environment。
