1. Product Introduction
Foxboro P0912RD is compact hot-swappable rack power supply of I/A P0912 series, low-power standard cabinet dedicated model, applied for medium-capacity DCS & SIS control cabinet with partial-slot FBM I/O and dual redundant controller layout. Equipped integrated aluminum alloy enclosed heat sink, six-layer PCB full conformal coating and G3 anti-corrosion electrophoretic treatment; seven-stage EMI filtering plus secondary surge absorption circuit, adapt to conventional petrochemical, municipal thermal power, fine chemical and water treatment medium corrosive operating environment. Comply with I/A backplane hot-plug specification, support live replacement without cabinet AC power outage; front-mounted independent LED status lamps for input power, normal output, overload, over-temperature and fault alarm, upload real-time running parameters and fault codes to DCS workstation via backplane bus channel。

Support dual redundant parallel hot standby running with multiple P0912RD modules, non-disturbance automatic load switchover upon single unit failure to guarantee uninterrupted power of core interlock loops;
Transmit real-time output voltage, load current, internal temperature and fault alarm codes to upper DCS host via backplane bus for remote monitoring and early fault warning;
Full input-output galvanic isolation design restrain grid harmonic & surge interference, lift cabinet analog sampling precision and whole system anti-interference performance。
