Foxboro P0912QH is the latest high-efficiency hot-swappable rack power supply of P0912 I/A series, iterative upgrade version succeeding P0912QG, tailor-made for ultra-heavy-load DCS+SIS integrated cabinets equipped with full-slot dense FBM I/O and triple/quad redundant controller layout. It adopts integrated thick cast aluminum enclosed heat sink structure, five-layer PCB full conformal coating and upgraded G3+ enhanced anti-corrosion electrophoretic surface treatment; configured seven-stage EMI filtering + multi-grade lightning surge suppression circuit, optimized for coastal chemical parks, offshore drilling platforms, large coal chemical and coastal power plants with high temperature, high humidity, heavy salt fog and corrosive severe working conditions. Comply with I/A standard backplane hot-plug specification to realize live online module replacement without cutting cabinet main AC power; front panel is equipped with independent LED indicator lamps for input power, normal output, overload, overtemperature and hardware fault status, uploading real-time operating parameters and fault diagnosis codes to DCS host station via backplane bus communication channel。

1. Product Introduction

Foxboro P0912QH is the latest high-efficiency hot-swappable rack power supply of P0912 I/A series, iterative upgrade version succeeding P0912QG, tailor-made for ultra-heavy-load DCS+SIS integrated cabinets equipped with full-slot dense FBM I/O and triple/quad redundant controller layout.
